Lindsey Clark, born and raised in Fayetteville, graduated from Georgia College & State University in 2014 where she majored in English. She joined Clearwave soon after as a member of the Support Team. During this time, she worked closely with clients to resolve reported issues as well as setting up enhancement items and new features.
She was promoted to Customer Experience Team Lead at the end of 2017 where she has been leading the Support team towards more effective support and quicker responses overall. Her goal is to continue the work of making Clearwave’s support team better than our competitors and ensuring all our clients receive quick and reliable service.
