Gerard White | President & CEO

With 20 years of technology leadership experience, Mr. White is responsible for successfully implementing the Clearwave Corporation vision and strategy. Mr. White co-founded the company in 2004 to carry out a vision of technology that spans the healthcare continuum through the creation of a healthcare network and a single patient identifier that allows accurate patient data to be shared regardless of what provider a patient visits.

Mr. White has extensive experience working with some of the most respected companies in the world including EDS, Security Mutual, Saturn, Lennox Industries, Continental Airlines, GTE, Alltel, Hitachi, Grant Thornton and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Both his knowledge and leadership experience provide a solid groundwork for Clearwave Corporation’s active role in revolutionizing the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Clearwave, Mr. White was the CEO of 1stOrder, focusing on IT consulting services and wireless application development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Systems.

Brian Stone | Chief Financial Officer

Brian Stone brings a wealth of knowledge to Clearwave, including more than 20 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry. As our Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Stone is responsible for all of Clearwave’s financial affairs, including assisting in the raising of additional capital and developing internal financial systems and controls to support our planned growth.

Before joining Clearwave, Mr. Stone was the Chief Executive Officer of MDexchange, an enterprise and community-wide, web-based patient record and communication system.  As one of the original founders and investors in MDexchange, Mr. Stone brings a great deal of knowledge on the complexities of integrating with the different stakeholders in healthcare. He has also built and sold two national outpatient imaging companies, Signal Medical Services and LINC Scientific Imaging.  Mr. Stone was also the Executive Vice President for Insight Health Services after the sale of Signal.  Mr. Stone holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Connecticut, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Eric Anderson | Chief Operating Officer

Eric Anderson serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Anderson is responsible for the operations of the company, including software development, product installation and integration, EDI, technical infrastructure, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Eric has more than 15 years of technology and consulting experience having worked with large, global companies to design, develop, implement, and manage large scale systems. Prior to joining Clearwave, Eric co-founded Bluemont Associates LLC, a technology consulting organization that provided services to some of the largest Fortune 500 companies.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Shepherd University, where he graduated summa cum laude and a Master of Business Administration from VA Tech, where he graduated magna cum laude. In 2008, Eric was appointed to the Board of Trustees at Randolph-Macon Academy, the oldest co-ed Air Force ROTC boarding school in America.
