William G. Nordmark, III Chairman of the Board William G. Nordmark, III, is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Nordmark Consulting Group. The Nordmark Consulting Group has been working with health care organizations since January, 1993 on extensive consultations regarding managed care strategy and strategic business alliances. Some of these organizations have included Anchor Hospital, The Atlanta HealthCare Alliance, Beech Street, Beverly Enterprises, Core Management Resources Group, Inc., Cost Care, DST Systems, 1st Medical Network, The Hay Group, HCA Coliseum Medical Center, HELPS, IntelliClaim, Intracorp, Macquarium, Mercer University, Mid-State Area Physicians Panel, EWEBIT Solutions, Inc., Payformance, Piedmont Sports Medicine Complex, Provant Project Management, Inc., Towers Perrin, The Winter Construction Company and Yancey Bros.
Nordmark was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Inc. which included three years as Executive Vice President of External Affairs. Most recently, he was appointed Secretary of the Rotary Club of Atlanta, one of the largest Rotary Clubs with 480 members, for 2005 - 2006. His responsibilities included Marketing, Health Care Affairs, Health Cost Management, HMO Georgia, Greater Georgia Life, Legislative Affairs, and Public Affairs. Nordmark was also responsible for the development of all alternate delivery system programs for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Inc.
Nordmark has served on the Governor's Access to Health Care Commission and has very close relationships with numerous business and provider organizations. He is a graduate of Georgia State University.
Gerard P. White Chief Executive Officer With more than 18 years of technology leadership experience, White guides the team responsible for successfully implementing the Clearwave Corporation vision and strategy. In fact, he co-founded the company in 2004 to carry out his own vision of technology that would span the healthcare continuum by encompassing the needs of patients, providers and carriers alike.
White brings to Clearwave extensive experience working with some of the most respected companies in the world including EDS, Security Mutual, Saturn, Lennox Industries, Continental Airlines, GTE, Alltel, Hitachi, Grant Thornton and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Both his knowledge and leadership experience provide a solid groundwork for Clearwave Corporation's active role in revolutionizing the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Clearwave, White was the CEO of 1stOrder, focusing on IT consulting services and wireless application development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Systems.
Brian Stone Chief Financial Officer Brian Stone brings a wealth of knowledge to Clearwave, including over 18 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry. As Chief Financial Officer, Stone will be responsible for all financial affairs of the company including assisting in the raising of additional capital and developing internal financial systems and controls to support the expected growth of Clearwave.
Prior to joining Clearwave, Stone was the CEO of MDexchange, an enterprise and community-wide, web-based patient record and communication system. As one of the original founders and investors in MDexchange, Stone brings to Clearwave a great deal of knowledge on the complexities of integrating with the different stakeholders in healthcare. He has also built and sold, at substantial returns to the investors, two national outpatient imaging companies, Signal Medical Services and LINC Scientific Imaging. Stone was also the Executive Vice President for Insight Health Services after the sale of Signal.
Stone holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
