Gerard White | President & CEO
With 20 years of technology leadership experience, Mr. White is responsible for successfully implementing the Clearwave Corporation vision and strategy. Mr. White co-founded the company in 2004 to carry out a vision of technology that spans the healthcare continuum through the creation of a healthcare network and a single patient identifier that allows accurate patient data to be shared regardless of what provider a patient visits.
Mr. White has extensive experience working with some of the most respected companies in the world including EDS, Security Mutual, Saturn, Lennox Industries, Continental Airlines, GTE, Alltel, Hitachi, Grant Thornton and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Both his knowledge and leadership experience provide a solid groundwork for Clearwave Corporation’s active role in revolutionizing the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Clearwave, Mr. White was the CEO of 1stOrder, focusing on IT consulting services and wireless application development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Systems.
Brian Stone | Chief Financial Officer
Brian Stone brings a wealth of knowledge to Clearwave, including more than 35 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry. As Clearwave’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Stone is responsible for all financial affairs, including assisting in the raising of additional capital and developing internal financial systems and controls to support growth.
Before joining Clearwave, Mr. Stone was the Chief Executive Officer of MDexchange, an enterprise and community-wide, web-based patient record and communication system. As one of the original founders and investors in MDexchange, Mr. Stone brings a great deal of knowledge on the complexities of integrating with the different stakeholders in healthcare. He has also built and sold two national outpatient imaging companies including Signal Medical Services and LINC Scientific Imaging. Mr. Stone has served on the board of Jvion, LLC, a predictive analytics company since its inception in 2012. .
Eric Anderson | Chief Operating Officer
Eric Anderson serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Anderson is responsible for the operations of the company, including software development, product installation and integration, EDI, technical infrastructure, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Eric has more than 15 years of technology and consulting experience having worked with large, global companies to design, develop, implement, and manage large scale systems. Prior to joining Clearwave, Eric co-founded Bluemont Associates LLC, a technology consulting organization that provided services to some of the largest Fortune 500 companies.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Shepherd University, where he graduated summa cum laude and a Master of Business Administration from VA Tech, where he graduated magna cum laude. In 2008, Eric was appointed to the Board of Trustees at Randolph-Macon Academy, the oldest co-ed Air Force ROTC boarding school in America.
Mary Kate DuBard | Implementation Manager
Mary Kate DuBard joined Clearwave in 2014 as an Implementation Consultant. Through this role, she worked closely with Clearwave's clients to help them optimize their registration process; in doing this, Mary Kate gained hands-on experience that makes her perfect for her new role as Implementation Manager. Here, Mary Kate can do more to improve the overall patient experience and strategically lead the Implementations team on completing successful installs.
Mary Kate was born and raised in South Carolina. She is a Georgia Tech graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
Lindsay Hilliard | Business Development
Lindsay Hilliard is a business development professional with a background in finance. By applying her strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, Ms. Hilliard is an integral part of the Clearwave team. Lindsay Hilliard is committed to pushing the healthcare industry to new levels in efficiency and patient engagement through the Clearwave solution.
Ms. Hilliard has a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
Kelly Laughlin | Vice President Marketing & Communications
Kelly Laughlin serves as Clearwave’s vice president of Marketing & Communications. Laughlin develops and implements Clearwave’s overall marketing strategy and manages the company’s brand while overseeing lead generation, public relations and web services.
Laughlin has over 20 years of healthcare marketing experience managing all facets of healthcare marketing, strategic planning, community relations, business development, public relations, and referral development.
She joined Clearwave in 2010 after serving as Vice President of Communications and Patient Engagement for Regency Hospital Company. Prior to Regency, Laughlin worked at RR Partners, Las Vegas, Nevada managing the Columbia Healthcare’s hospitals in the Southwest.
Kelly Laughlin attended Auburn University located in Auburn, Alabama where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Management.
Stephanie Servy | Director of National Accounts
Stephanie Servy is an experienced healthcare executive with over 15 years in the industry. She is an expert in account management, training, customer service and business development. She serves as Clearwave’s Director of National Account and is a highly skilled business leader. She is passionate about improving patient registration process for patients through the Clearwave platform.
Formerly, Ms. Servy worked with Cigna Healthcare as Director of Provider Contracting. She also has significant experience on the provider side in the areas compliance, practice management and training.
Stephanie Servy is a native of Georgia and attended Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina where she received a Bachelor of Arts.
Lauren Thames | Vice President of Product Management
Lauren Thames is a critical member of the Clearwave team and focuses her efforts on enhancing the Clearwave customer experience. She oversees the Clearwave product development and manages the quality of applications and services the company provides. She is an expert in project management and revenue cycle management.
Prior to her current role at Clearwave, Thames served as Clearwave’s Solutions Manager as well as a Business Analyst for the company. She has significant experience and success in process improvement and strategic development.Lauren Thames attended Georgia State University and calls Atlanta her home.
